Board of Trustees
St. Mary's Academy is governed by an independent, self-perpetuating Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is responsible for assuring the financial future of the school and for setting policies which further the school's mission. The Board is responsible for setting tuition. The Board of Trustees hires one employee, the President of the Academy, who in turn is charged with the overall administration of the school.
Trustees are volunteers and include members of the Loretto Community, current SMA parents, alumnae, parents of former students and business people from the Denver metro area. Trustees meet nine times per year.
St. Mary's Academy Board of Trustees 2012-2013:
My child takes great pride in his school. “St. Mary’s Academy,” he always recites the whole name!
