COMING IN NOVEMBER-“Real Parents, Real Daughters” Workshop for grades 4-5 at SMA!

The Real Parent, Real Daughters workshop series allows parents and daughters to laugh and learn about themselves in a safe environment. We encourage girls and parents to have fun together while learning about friendships, feelings, apologies and healthy approaches to conflict. Families learn techniques and establish healthy practices that will serve the girls well in elementary school and beyond. Each workshop is 90 minutes long, once a week, for four consecutive weeks.

Week 1 – Assertive Self-Expression
Week 2 – Emotional Intelligence at Home
Week 3 – Nobody’s Perfect!
Week 4 – Four Steps for Healthy Conflict

Tuesdays, November 1^st, 8^th, 15^th, 29^th, 6-7:30pm at St. Mary's Academy

Cost: $180, per parent/child combination, snack included. (Scholarships available, based on need. Call for details.)
