The annual Cultural Diversity Day featured presentations that furthered students’ understanding of many forms of diversity, from Iraqi women visiting Denver to two young men who continued as elite athletes after having their legs amputated in a tragic car accident. Serious conversations blended with students entertaining one with a fashion show, food tasing and entertainement all with an international flavor. Congratulations to the Common Ground Club for an extraordinary day!
