Survey for St. Mary’s Academy Parents, Alumnae and and Faculty/Staff
As part of the reaccreditation process with the Association of Colorado Independent Schools, St. Mary’s Academy is conducting a Community Survey of parents, alumnae and faculty/staff.
On December 8, all parents and faculty/staff received a request to participate in the survey.
In Mid-January, alumnae received a request to participate in the survey.
We are using Survey Monkey for the survey. The links are below. With time for reflection, it should take you between 15 to 25 minutes to complete the survey. If you experience any difficulty with taking the survey, please contact Kieffer Williams (kwilliams@smanet.org) right away.
The responses are anonymous. If both parents in the family would like to respond, please do so.
Parents and Faculty/Staff: Complete the survey as soon possible, but no later than January 15.
Alumnae: Complete the survey as soon possible, but no later than February 19.
